Set inventory permissions for adding, editing, and retiring instruments. Enable usage agreements and manage the wording for the agreement by either mandating a single district-wide template, or permitting each program the flexibility to use their own wording.

Designate user roles and access permission levels for each of your staff in CutTime. Ensure sensitive information is only funneled to the appropriate people. Add, edit, and remove users. Re-send their log in credentials. See last login for each user.
