CutTime Rolls Out New Fundraising Platform
‘Simple Raise’ software offers services for organizations to better engage with participants and donors.
St. Augustine, FL (October 1, 2024) - CutTime, LLC, a leading provider of fine arts program management software, is excited to launch a new fundraising software platform - Simple Raise, which will also integrate with its CutTime platform. Simple Raise is a donation-based mechanism offering a more effective and accessible way for organizations to generate funds for their causes. It provides tools to help boost awareness, track fundraiser performance, and collect online donations with a transparent flat-rate platform and convenience fee model. Simple Raise also empowers organizations to promote their individual brand to their donors through multiple customization features within the platform.
K-12 Fine Arts programs especially rely on donations to fund their operations and participants, and many of them struggle to raise grass roots funds effectively. With inflationary conditions, the challenge is even greater for fine arts education and other organizations to generate sufficient funds without incurring additional overhead. According to SMU DataArts, it takes at least 3% more in fundraising expenses to raise $1 of contributed revenue over time.

Users will be able to create and run two types of fundraisers, where donations are either distributed equally to all participants or based on the amount raised by the individual. Currently fundraisers will be cash-based, in the near future Simple Raise will also offer product based fundraising methods. For larger organizations, Simple Raise provides better visibility into fundraising efforts across programs while offering flexibility to leverage branding through logos and colors at the individual program level. Existing CutTime customers will further enjoy a seamless experience in being able to instantly set up their existing group participants and apply their Simple Raise fundraising results to individual student account balances as well as the program's Angel Fund within CutTime.
There is no cost to create a Simple Raise account. Users can create and operate an unlimited number of fundraiser campaigns with unlimited fundraising participants and donors with very modest convenience fees.
