Welcome to CutTime LLC’s SMS service. This SMS service is an integral part of how your fine arts program director will communicate with you.
1. Service Description & Message Frequency
You can expect to receive text message notifications related to event dates, program costs, announcements, rental agreement waivers, and more. At this time, the only regularly scheduled text message you could receive is an account statement reminder sent on the 1st of every month (if your program director has enabled financials for their program in our system). Message frequency varies as program directors have the discretion to send as many messages to their members as they want, without any restrictions or safeguards against multiple messages per day.
2. Opting In to SMS Messaging Services from CutTime, LLC
To receive text messages from CutTime LLC, your phone number may be collected in one of the following ways:
- During the self-service member registration process
- In person by your program director at a program meeting
- Through an online form provided by your program director
- Through a paper form collected by your student
By providing your phone number through any of these methods, you opt-in to receive text messages from CutTime LLC.
Opt-In Examples can consist of the following:
Program Director: Hi there, we use CutTime to handle communication updates primarily with sms text messages, alternatively you can opt for email communication instead of text messages. I will read a quick disclaimer and then explain how we use CutTime to communicate with participants.

Student or Student Guardian: Yes/No.
Program Director: Would you like to receive text messages about... opportunities to volunteer to help the program succeed?

Student or Student Guardian: Yes/No.
Program Director: Thank you. Please confirm your phone number (if applicable).
3. Opting Out of SMS Messaging Services from CutTime, LLC
You can cancel the SMS service from the CutTime platform at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to your authorized mobile device again.

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages from the CutTime platform.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any announcements, events, reminders, and other messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

8. Geographic Restrictions

This service is available to program members of all ages, from minors to adults.
