At this time, Students and Guardians do not self-register for a profile in CutTime. You will need to wait for your program’s administrator to set up a profile for you and invite you to CutTime. You’ll want to check your cell phone for messages from the phone number (844) 385-8463 or your email address, that includes your personalized and secure Magic Link (which acts as your login for CutTime).

No. You will need to go through the authentication process for the first time that you login into CutTime. But once you have successfully logged into your magic link, you won’t need to do that again on your device. Please note: the authentication code that comes through to your cell phone will come from a second phone number for CutTime: (866) 732-5971.
Be sure to bookmark your Magic Link so you can easily access it in the future! Keep in mind that you will need to re-authenticate your magic link again if you open CutTime on a secondary device.

You can send yourself your magic link and open that link on your secondary device. For example, if you were sent your Magic Link in a text message, then you would copy the Magic Link in the text message and paste that link into an email application message and send that message to yourself. Then open your email on the secondary device and click through on the link that you had sent to yourself.

You’ll want to click through on your magic link to access your CutTime profile. Then click on the Transactions page to see more financial information. If your program’s administrator has connected to an online payment processor, you will see a Make a Payment button that will allow you to pay online through CutTime. If that option is not available, you will need to reach out to your Program’s Administrator for assistance.
