Kevin McNulty, Sr. is the author of “Assessing Music Performance…A Valid System for Measuring Student Performance and Growth” © 2017. He is a leading expert in assessment for arts performance. His background includes thirty years teaching band and orchestra in high schools and over forty years as a judge for bands, orchestras, and drum and bugle corps. He is past Associate Executive Director for Bands of America and was Executive Director of the Central States Judges Association. Kevin is a frequent speaker on assessment and a clinician for music performance events. He is the author of ten books and owns the KMC Publishing Company.
