Charlie Rankin is a former Band Director and Percussion Instructor with a lifelong commitment to supporting music and performing arts programs. A graduate of The Florida State University College of Music, Charlie led successful programs in middle schools, opened the Pacetti Bay Middle School Band in 2007, and was recognized as 'Teacher of the Year' at both Orange Park Junior High and Pacetti Bay Middle School. He also served as an adjunct professor of Music Education and conductor of the Concert Band at the University of North Florida.

In 2015, Charlie entered the school fundraising space after seeing how traditional fundraising activities often added stress rather than support for fine arts educators. This experience inspired him to found 'FloridaFundraiser.com' in 2019, where he helped schools run streamlined, effective fundraising programs - including custom apparel and gear sales - that maximize results while minimizing administrative burdens.

Today, as a relationship-first fundraising expert, Charlie brings his combined experience as an educator, entrepreneur, and fundraiser to CutTime and Simple Raise. He is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships and creating solutions that allow fine arts programs to thrive, ensuring fundraising supports instruction, rather than hindering it.
