Review Financial Reports

Use our exportable financial reports to view your program's financial details. There are two reports available on your Financial Dashboard, Payment Allocation and Payment History. If you are using Stripe Connect, you can also access a Bank Payout and Individual Online Transactions Report. If you are using Vanco, your business office will be able to view detailed reporting from Vanco's portal directly.

  • Log into your CutTime account and go to the Program Settings area (look for the link in the main side navigation on the left). From the Program Settings page, look for the ‘Online Payments’ section at the top and click on ‘Configure Online Payments’ link.

    Choose Stripe and follow the instructions. More information about setting up Stripe Connect is available here.

    If your school district uses Vanco payments, you or your fine arts administrator can request activation for your programs using this form here.

  • If you plan to activate Stripe, then you only need to create a ‘Stripe Connect’ account following the instructions provided.

    If you plan to activate Vanco (using RevTrak), you will need to have a merchant account already established with Vanco through your school district or other community organization. If you have not yet done so, then go to this page here to learn more and get connected with a Vanco representative.

  • For now, we only offer Stripe and Vanco as payment processing options. We encourage you to try one of these for your online payment collection as they are both tested and sanctioned by thousands of school districts.
