He performs regularly as Assistant Principal Bassoon with the West Texas Symphony in Midland, TX. In his spare time, he loves to travel and has taken students on many trips both in the US and abroad. Bill resides in Abilene, Texas with his mother and sister and his "child" Peanut!

Bill received a Bachelors of Music Education from Hardin-Simmons University (HSU) and a Masters in Bassoon from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). While a student at HSU, he performed as second bassoon in the Abilene Philharmonic. At CCM, he performed with CCM Philharmonia and the CCM Wind Ensemble and performed with orchestras in Richmond, IN, and Wheeling, WV. He plays second bassoon in the West Texas Symphony Orchestra in Midland, Texas, and plays in various churches in Abilene and Midland-Odessa.
