What's Happening

The Conn Selmer Institute Midwest 2025 is set to be a remarkable event, spanning three enriching days from June 8th to 10th. Hosted at the scenic Bethel University campus in Mishawaka, IN, the event will welcome a diverse group of attendees eager to explore the world of music education. From veteran music educators to administrators and aspiring college students, participants will have the opportunity to follow tailored tracks that cater to their specific interests and career goals. Leading the event will be an esteemed faculty, including Tim Lautzenheiser and other renowned Conn Selmer Educational Clinicians. Their expertise will form the foundation for engaging sessions, such as reading ensembles, personalized one-on-one consultations with faculty, and unforgettable musical performances. The experience will extend beyond the Bethel University campus. On June 10th, attendees will venture off-campus to Mishawaka and Elkhart, IN, for an optional bonus day packed with exciting activities and opportunities to explore the local community. This day will allow participants to forge deeper connections with peers and mentors while expanding their musical knowledge.
