MTD Research Announces Lauren Flores as  National Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - (June 18, 2026) MTD Research, the leading provider of data and insights for school music, theatre, and dance programs, today announced that Lauren Flores has joined the organization as National Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships.

Flores brings more than 12 years of experience leading high-value national partnerships at Gray Television, where she managed multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios and built long-term relationships focused on sustainable growth across multiple markets. She will lead national sales strategy and partnership development efforts for MTD Research as the company continues to expand its reach and product portfolio to drive greater value across the performing arts education sector.

MTD Research maintains the most comprehensive database of school music, theatre, and dance programs in the country, tracking more than 20 program types across nearly 16,000 districts. Its platform connects partners directly with key decision-makers, including district supervisors, music department chairs, instrumental and vocal directors, theatre and dance educators, and general classroom music instructors.

Flores is a graduate of Texas A&M University and previously served as National Sales Manager Gary Television in Bryan-College Station, Texas.
