The Marketing Automation Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) team to bring our brands to life from the very first digital interaction onward, and is fully dedicated to developing and optimizing our content marketing strategy to grow revenues, while increasing profitability.

Our Marketing & CX team is very collaborative, dedicated, and always looking to help prospects, customers, partners, colleagues, and one another. CutTime is a cloud based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built specifically for K–12 fine arts programs, serving teachers, administrators, boosters, and support staff and empowering students and their families. CutTime enables programs to manage all of the administrative aspects of their program, from communication and inventory to fundraising and finances. Our platform is evolve rapidly into a robust ecosystem, with daily, weekly and quarterly tasks that need to be executed rapidly while maintaining high creative quality. Key Responsibilities:

In this role your duties will consist of several activities and impact multiple areas of our business such as:

Overseeing the execution of campaigns and communications such as:

  • Monthly customer email notifications (Community Newsletter, Product Update, Seasonal Reminders), while optimizing and growing mailing / SMS list subscriptions
  • Ongoing service operations, platform maintenance and crisis notifications through email, sms, in-app messaging, as well as coordinating dissemination through social media channels when appropriate
  • New product launches, feature launches and enhancements, across customer and external communication channels (email, sms, website as well as coordinating promotion through blog and social media channels).

Developing, building out, and optimizing automated email lists and workflows within HubSpot for Prospect to Customer end-to-end lifecycle stage funnel nurturing campaigns with email, sms, forms, and landing pages for:

  • Start a Trial, Onboarding, Anniversary Retention, Recapture for organic growth and as well as through third-party partner channels
  • Engagement and Adoption (Try a Feature, Give A Testimonial, Write for Us, Refer Us, etc.)
  • Renewal and Upsell

Set up analytics tracking and reporting for call campaigns, communications, across channels that are regularly reviewed and discussed via a centralMarketing & CX Dashboard.

Assist with website content maintenance tasks and optimizing Call to Action (CTA) performance on site.

Manage over all CRM governance (e.g. property creation and architecture) and monitor data hygiene (opt-in and opt-out) with sales/success/support/billing/partner channel teams.

Required Skills & Experiences:

Digital marketing orientation with a history of effective email and sms communications using a data-driven approach, especialy with complex operational and technical changes. We are building up our digital marketing infrastructure, so having a strong affinity for sales and marketing enablement coupled with superb automatiom knowledge within HubSpot is a must for this role.

  • 6-8 years of progressive digital marketing, creative, operational, and technical experience with a qualified portfolio of campaigns consisting of email, sms, forms, landing pages, workflow automation and segmented list management

  • Knowledgeable of GDPR, FERPA, COPPA, and other communications compliance standards

  • Advanced skills with HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional, Sales Hub Professional, and Content Hub

  • Proficient working in visual design programs (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud)

  • Strong editorial eye in written and visual creative, and versed in A/B testing methods

  • Adept in marketing analytics reporting and dashboards

  • Demonstrated ability to delve into, diagnose, and solve complex issues, manage multiple projects, and drive time sensitive tasks to completion

  • Keen attention to detail and quality controls

  • Previous professional and/or personal experience with K-12 fine arts education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ongoing digital marketing related coursework / certification a plus

  • English language proficiency, bi-lingual Spanish language knowledge desirable

Travel & Work Location:

Up to 10% travel to industry events and company meetings.

Position is primarily remote U.S. based, north/central Florida location highly desirable.

Compensation:

$75,000/year depending on experience level and track record
