The Content Creator Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) team to bring our brands to life from the very first digital interaction onward, and is fully dedicated to developing and optimizing our content marketing strategy to grow revenues, while increasing profitability.
Our Marketing & CX team is very collaborative, dedicated, and always looking to help prospects, customers, partners, colleagues, and one another. CutTime is a cloud based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built specifically for K–12 fine arts programs, serving teachers, administrators, boosters, and support staff and empowering students and their families. CutTime enables programs to manage all of the administrative aspects of their program, from communication and inventory to fundraising and finances. Key Responsibilities:
In this role your duties will consist of several activities and impact multiple areas of our business such as:
Developing and publishing of multiple content assets for blog, email, social media, and websites, with a heavy focus on animated graphics and video such as:
Value Proposition Oriented content (e.g. Why CutTime, 10 Problems We Solve)
Product New Feature and Enhancement Highlights
Customer, Partner, and Employee Testimonials and Endorsements
Event related Promos and On Site Interviews
Manage the video storytelling asset pipeline and ensure product-related pitch and how-to video content is refreshed with sales/success/support teams.
Work with internal subject matter experts to shape video storytelling scripts for customer, partner, and prospect media assets; help define segment-driven narratives and editorial content for digital channels.
Oversee and drive video and other media asset production for publication on Facebook, Wistia, and YouTube channels.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Wistia channels, including playlist categorization and optimization, and help grow relevant subscribers/followers.
Set up analytics tracking and reporting for all media assets, across channels that are regularly reviewed and discussed via a central Marketing & CX Dashboard.
Support digital sales enablement activities (e.g. video sales pitch content). When requested, assist with on-site video shoot execution for employee, customer, and partner activities.
Support graphic and video creation for blog articles and email campaigns and assist with blog content development and editing. Coordinate the content editorial calendar.
Ensure media assets in all channels are well optimized for SEO ranking in Google and YouTube.
Required Skills & Experiences:
Strong mix of video and film orientation with an aptitude for effective creative storytelling, especially with SAAS product lines. We are investing in the video medium as a foundation for future influencer marketing initiatives, so having a strong editorial eye for simplifying complex topics coupled with top notch production skills is vital for this role.
3-4 years of progressive video production in freelance, agency, or client-side roles
High proficiency with video production programs (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro or equivalent); high comfort level working in visual design programs (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud)
Strong knowledge of graphic and video production and optimization standards
Proficiency with HubSpot Content Hub a plus
Strong editorial eye in written and visual creative
Demonstrated ability to delve into, diagnose, and solve complex issues, manage multiple projects, and drive time sensitive tasks to completion
Keen attention to detail and quality controls
Previous professional or personal experience with K-12 fine arts education a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ongoing video/media coursework / certification a plus
English language proficiency, bi-lingual Spanish language proficiency desirable
Travel & Work Location:
Up to 20% travel to industry events and company meetings.
Position is primarily remote U.S. based, north/central Florida location highly desirable.
Compensation:
$65,000/year depending on experience level and track record
