Chief Marketing Officer

Michelle is responsible for all marketing and customer experience activities at CutTime. Over her multi-decade career, Michelle has led global marketing programs for several brands including Coke Zero, vitaminwater and CheckMyTrip. She is a Past President and former Board Member of the American Marketing Association for Chicago. She completed an Executive Ed Sales & Marketing program at the Kellogg School and BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Michelle enjoys traveling and lives in Williamsburg, VA with her dog Auggie.

Allan Branch

Head of Product & Support

Allan is responsible for the product roadmap and customer support functions. Allan has spent two decades in software development and is a proud band dad and spouse of a booster club president. Allan lives in Panama City Beach, FL with his wife and two children..

Freddy Chavez

Freddy Chavez

Customer Education Specialist

Freddy joined CutTime after 22 years of teaching high school and middle school band in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is enthusiastic about helping fine arts educators spend more of their time teaching and less time on administrative tasks. Residing in Mansfield, Texas, Freddy and his wife Jessica share their home with their daughter Olivia, a friendly chocolate lab named Kahlua, and a sweet cat named Mimi. They enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

Regional Director

Rick joined CutTime after a decade with Conn Selmer’s Division of Education, where he was Director of Music Administration Outreach and Educational Support Manager, Southwest Region and provided customer support for their instrument inventory system. Rick has devoted himself to music education, serving in many capacities throughout his career. He also served as President of the Texas Music Administrators Conference (TMAC) and is the recipient of several distinguished awards. Rick and is wife Teresa live in Spring, TX with their dog and enjoy traveling to visit their children and grandchildren.

Jenny Gipson

Jenny Gipson

Customer Success Partner

Jenny works closely with fine arts programs to demonstrate the need to rely on software to lesson the administrative work load to allow directors to teach more. Jenny lives in North Texas, in the growing town of Royse City and loves cooking, reading, family vacations, and best of all walking her two dogs, Apollo and Angel. The family that travels together stays together.

Customer Education Specialist

Bill came to CutTime as a Customer Education Specialist after teaching public school band for 30 years in Odessa, TX, and college band for 5 years in Abilene, TX. He began teaching at a time when computers were just becoming the norm and has seen firsthand how they can be a remarkable tool for organizing a music education program. He performs regularly as Assistant Principal Bassoon with the West Texas Symphony in Midland, TX. In his spare time, he loves to travel and has taken students on many trips both in the US and abroad. Bill resides in Abilene, Texas with his mother and sister and his "child" Peanut!

Customer Education Specialist

Stephen is a Customer Education Specialist with CutTime. He is a former high school band director and has experience running a multi-faceted competative program while maintaining a well-rounded music education of his students. He is now extremely invested in assisting music educators tackle the muitifaceted challenge that is their administrative workflow. He has worked with fine arts programs across the nation to help program directors become more efficient and effective with their time so they can spend more of it in the classroom and in their own lives. He and his wife Sarah, who is a Kodály certified elementary music teacher, and their dog Sophie dwell in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Sr. Customer Support Specialist

Megan is part of the CutTime support team. She enjoys being able to assist directors make their administrative lives easier - especially since her mom was an elementary music teacher for almost 30 years - this is a passion project for her. She is well versed in all aspects of the Classic version of CutTime, previously working to support customers while at J.W. Pepper & Son. Prior to CutTime, Megan worked in Administration for Immaculatta University. Megan holds a degree in classical performance for soprano voice, and is a timpanist and active theater nerd. She lives outside of Philadelphia, PA.

Client Service Lead

Mari is responsible for the Charms Client Service team. Mari lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul suburbs with her husband and daughter.

Shemeka Sowell

Shemeka Sowell

Customer Success Partner

Shemeka works with key district procurement teams and helps to bring CutTime into their vendor environments for broader deployments. Prior to working with Charms, Shemeka honed her Customer Services Skills while working in Retail Management. Shemeka was a Speech and Debate kid growing up and enjoys reading mysteries and listening to podcasts. She currently lives in Lufkin, TX with her very spoiled dog, Diva.
