  • CutTime is the leading fine arts education program management platform in North America. CutTime platform was previously owned and operated by J.W. Pepper & Son, until they formed a joint venture with Conn Selmer and Group Collect and spun the company out as an independent commercial entity as CutTime, LLC. CutTime, LLC is headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida and employs over two dozen professionals dedicated to supporting fine arts programs in locations across the United States.

  • Your Charms account remains unchanged. We will continue to support the Charms Office platform and you will be able to access your data with your existing credentials as before. However, no further development will continue, which means no new features or enhancements will be deployed on the Charms Office platform. Maintenance and bug fixing only.

  • Your Charms account remains unchanged. We will continue to support the Charms Office platform and you will be able to access your data with your existing credentials as before. However, no further development will continue, which means no new product features or functional enhancements will be deployed for Charms moving forward. The Support team you know and trust remains in place and accessible via the same phone (1-972-485-1912) and email contacts (charmssupport@charmsmusic.com).

  • We understand the importance of budget predictability for our customers. Your current pricing terms will remain unchanged through the remainder of this fiscal year. Additionally, you will have the option to renew your subscription plan at the same rate for one additional term.

  • Rest easy, you can continue using your Charms account for the next '23-'24 school year. For some folks, it is the perfect moment to make a fresh start with a new, more modern platform offered by CutTime. For others, their programs are waiting for certain features to be made available in the new CutTime before making a full platform switch. We've put together a series of On Demand Webinars (see links in the feature descriptions area above) to provide you with more detailed guidance so you can make the most informed decision possible for your program. Our customer support teams are on hand to answer questions and help guide you with the transition process. We encourage you to plan your transition with an onboarding checklist, staff and member communication and consider scheduling a 'data migration day or days' depending on the size of your program.
